Flax is my friend

Flax Seed. Never heard of it? Me either, until Low-Carb. I was REALLY craving something crunchy - and discovered an awesome Induction-friendly recipe.

Low Carb Garlic Parmesan Flax Crackers.

Mine turned out quite well, but I didn't stop there. I also made some cinnamon flax cookies, AND a batch of some chili flavored crackers (Cinnamon was good- chili was not so good). The sky is the limit with Flax + seasonings; so experiment & enjoy!

PS. Flax seed is SUPER high in fiber, virtually NO carbs, and keeps you feeling full for a long while. Try it out ;)
