15 pounds in 16 days!!

Seriously! Scott has lost 15 lbs in 16 days! We started Low Carb on September 3rd. Today is the 19th. He's exactly 15 lbs lighter, today, than he was on September 3rd.

Cannot wait to see his progress from here on out. It will be lightening fast!
