Today is the day....

I return to livin' lavida low-carb. I have been on a four month hiatus. Now Scott is ready to begin with me :)

We started off with bacon & eggs for breakfast.
I've had black coffee today with a very small amount of milk (because we had not yet picked up some heavy whipping cream). I know, I know - Milk is NOT induction friendly. But now I have my heavy whipping cream - so it's all good.
