Feeling amazing today

Day three, and I'm already feeling amazing. Slept SO good last night. Had the yummy Folgers coffee + heavy cream to wakey-wakey. (Yes, you can have coffee - just no sugar or milk). Now I'm going to hit the Total Gym for a full body workout before making some bacon or sausage patties & eggs.


I love Low-Carb :)

  1. is this typical of how long the initial fatigue lasts? like the first 2 or 3 days? just wondering ... i'm gonna start in a few days and just a bit anxious about what i'm getting myself into .....

  2. The first time around the fatigue lasted roughly 8-10 days for me - but I had a lot more body fat to burn up. Now it seems it only lasted a day or two. Since you don't have a lot to lose, probably won't last very long ;)
